Lorie Pope is Co-Founder/President of Nexus Innovations, a strategic technology consulting company that “Empowers clients for success through vision, leadership and strategic solutions” serving the Midwest.  Started in 2000, Nexus provides strategic solutions in the following areas:  IT consulting, custom software development, Project Management, SharePoint, and organizational consulting.  Nexus is a North Dakota Certified Woman Owned Business.

 

As an entrepreneurial business owner, she knows all about meeting the challenges of building an organization, the perseverance and vision required to own and grow a successful company.  Lorie’s areas of passion have been expanding the strategic direction of Nexus, financial oversite, and building a strong culture.  Specifically applied to create a healthy culture that can be leveraged to achieve the organization’s strategic success.  Nexus was recognized for the 10th year in a row as one of the “25 Top Small Businesses To Work” for in SD, ND, and Western MN. 

 

She is a certified executive Leadership coach with the John Maxwell team, an internationally-recognized expert in leadership.  Along with also being a certified executive/personal coach with DiSC, 6 Advisors, and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, she loves to help leaders and organizations create the long-term results they want in their business and personal life.  Lorie volunteers with CRU, teaching and mentoring for various groups plus speaking.   

 

What drives Lorie is equipping and empowering a person to operate in their sweet-spot as a leader, and give them ‘wings’ to take off with growth and inspiration to become all they were meant to be!   

 

Lorie has been married to her high school sweetheart, Bob, for over 40 years.  Life has been an adventure with many unexpected turns, joys, challenges, and laughter.  They have four grown sons…who have provided them with many hilarious and “personal growth” moments during the process of growing up.  Their family now includes three special daughters-in-law, and eight incredible grandchildren.

Deb Eslinger

Deb believes everything worthwhile is uphill and a journey everyone must be brave enough to embrace.

​

Deb provides executive training, speaking and coaching to support individuals and teams to achieve their desired results. She does this by lifting leadership lids, providing opportunities for individuals to learn and align with good values, and ultimately helping others unlock their potential. She has a passion to help individuals gain insights on how they are naturally wired so that they can become better communicators and build meaningful connections and experiences with others.

Deb has been an Executive Director with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team since 2013. She has the honor of being one of the Peer Faculty members providing training and guidance to the 45,000+ global Maxwell Leadership team members. She also serves as the President of the President’s Advisory Council in which she leads 200+ global team members. Deb loves adding value to those who strive to add and multiply value to others.

Given Deb’s past leadership role as the Executive Director for a statewide North Dakota non-profit, she has developed extensive experience in operations management, strategic planning, developing teams and overall leadership development. That has led to her now serving as Director of Operations and as Executive Partner to the Executive Director of the Maxwell Leadership Foundation which is all focused on lasting positive change in individuals, communities, and countries.

Over the past many years, Deb has been actively involved in creating programs in her local community devoted to giving back and adding value. She is a co-founder and on the Executive Committee for BisMan Power of 100 and currently serves on the Commission of Status and Women of North Dakota.

What drives Deb? Finding ways to serve and add value to others along with spending time creating memories with her loving husband and their two beautiful girls. She knows every day is a gift and should be lived to the fullest to create your best life!
